I tried doing the Special Gifts from Captain Cliff of Serendia Event Quest.
It is available from Oct. 31- Nov 28.

You can get any of the ff depends on your choice, +15 Main Weapon, Awakening Weapon and Sub-Weapon. You can upgrade this from PRI-TET and can exchange for goldbars on a certain NPC after.
